00:00 Here in today, Clienton, you had nearly a thousand head, which was more than you usually get here.

00:06 Well, for this time of the year, yes, but it's just the place is becoming known as a good selling centre,

00:12 hence the cattle are coming here, Andrew.

00:15 Now, Hardwick's and the Meatworks put a lot of heifers, what do you put that down to?

00:20 Good yield on the heifers, and a nice line of heifers to go and to feed,

00:24 and obviously they're sourcing cattle now to secure numbers for the winter months.

00:30 Duncan Brown was a major buyer today, he really put a floor in the market, didn't he?

00:36 Yeah, Duncan had about five or six different orders to go to Dubbo and further north,

00:41 and certainly put a floor in the market for some of those smaller, younger cattle,

00:46 as well as his killer order as well.

00:51 So, overall, how would you rate it?

00:53 We thought it was a very solid sale, all the good Angus cattle, whether steers or heifers,

00:59 sold to very good, solid competition.

01:01 Some of the off-bred cattle could have been slightly cheaper,

01:05 but overall thought it was a very good result for the quality and yardage of the cattle.
