00:00 I am here with Charlie Watts who is a digital reporter at Bristol World and we are going
00:06 to be discussing some of the things that are going on in the city at the moment. So Charlie
00:11 can you tell us what is the first thing that's going on in the city at the moment?
00:16 The first thing we've got going on is that a Bristol store is giving away free doughnuts
00:21 this week to mark its first anniversary. This comes after the store opened a year ago and
00:28 it's become a popular option for shoppers and students as well from the nearby university.
00:35 So that is something that people I'm sure are looking forward to.
00:40 So that is an exciting one for Bristol and a business that we actually visited just as
00:46 they opened last year so it's lovely to see that they've managed to stay open a whole
00:50 year. Let us move on to our second what's going on in Bristol, tell me about that.
00:58 So it's the Japanese souffle pancake brand Fluffy Fluffy which is opening on Park Street
01:04 at midday on Saturday and now this brand is a sort of viral sensation they describe it
01:11 as and it's light and fluffy pancakes are quite unique and like no other pancake you
01:18 can get really.
01:19 Oh so that is an exciting one for the hospitality industry in the city. So let us move on to
01:27 our final what is going on in the city and this one is for the theme park lovers of us
01:33 Bristolians. So Charlie tell me about that.
01:36 So finally Thunderworld has returned to Bristol this week with more than 25 rides and attractions
01:43 making it the biggest one in the city to date. So the theme park on the Downs is open daily
01:50 and features the thrilling rides and attractions as well as fairground games and a huge selection
01:57 of food and beverage.
