00:03 But how about those Arizona Diamondbacks?
00:05 Last year, basically shot out of a can and came out of nowhere,
00:07 knocked out the Philadelphia Phillies, went into the World Series.
00:10 Corbin Carroll, Keitel Marte, Christian Walker, some talent in that lineup.
00:14 I don't wanna say can we see a repeat this year, but is it feasible here,
00:17 Craig, that they could challenge the Dodgers in the regular season?
00:21 >> It's gonna be hard to do, but as we've seen in the postseason,
00:24 it doesn't really matter.
00:25 Once you get to the postseason, it's a tournament,
00:27 it's just like the NCAA tournament.
00:29 The best teams don't get there, the Dodgers, the Braves.
00:32 You saw this played out, Baltimore had an incredible run.
00:35 They got knocked out early too.
00:37 But as far as the way that the Diamondbacks are built and
00:39 their team win total is concerned, absolutely this could be a team to buy on.
00:44 They have a really strong top of the rotation with Gallant and Kelly.
00:47 Made a big free agent signing in Rodriguez in the offseason too.
00:50 Brandon Fatt also really good for them down the stretch too,
00:53 is one through four is as strong maybe as any team not named the Dodgers going into
00:57 the season.
00:58 So I do like Arizona quite a bit, and it does feel like a team that with that win
01:02 total, Donnie, of 83 and a half, that if they're in it,
01:05 they'll push themselves a little bit further down by taking on some salary too,
01:09 I think, at the deadline.
01:10 So a lot to like about the Diamondbacks.
01:12 And it's gotta be very daunting looking up at the Dodgers and
01:15 seeing what they're doing.
01:16 But if there is one team in that division that can consistently win beyond them,
01:20 beyond LA, I think it is the Diamondbacks.
