00:03 In the coaching carousel here in the NFL,
00:05 were you impressed by any certain hire?
00:06 For me, rock star hire Jim Harbaugh, I think,
00:08 is an unbelievable fit, Casey, when he goes out
00:10 on the West Coast.
00:11 But was anybody else grabbing your attention,
00:13 or were you impressed with this cycle?
00:14 No.
00:15 My favorite's been the Harbaugh move so far.
00:17 You've got Justin Herbert, who's come into the season
00:20 and been one of the most looked out quarterbacks.
00:22 Heading into this season, he was projected
00:23 to have the most passing yards and all
00:25 these stellar statistics.
00:26 He hasn't had the team to function around him,
00:28 and health kind of impacted as well.
00:30 Harbaugh has the style where he's got that quarterback
00:33 background.
00:33 He's going to be able to kind of get Herbert to that next level.
00:36 He's going to package around Herbert
00:38 so they can get to that next step.
00:39 So I love this.
00:40 And plus, shout out to the Chargers social media team,
00:43 because they crushed it when the transition happened.
00:45 I mean, who doesn't want to see Harbaugh's face everywhere
00:47 with the most witty commentary behind all of it?
00:50 But I think he's going to have the players backing him.
00:52 And plus, I loved everything that he did at Michigan
00:54 and how he's pulling those guys over with him.
00:55 So you're going to bring a successful install to a team
00:58 that just needs that boost.
00:59 The little legend back and forth press conference exchange
01:03 he had was great.
01:04 I still-- I'm going to end up on an island.
01:06 The Dan Quinhires completely landed for me,
01:10 now that it comes with Cliff Kingsbury.
01:13 They have to get the quarterback, obviously, correct,
01:15 Casey?
01:16 But sitting at two with what appears
01:19 to be three high-level quarterback prospects,
01:21 it would be pretty difficult for them to mess it up.
01:23 Yeah.
01:24 I mean, weren't you impressed with how
01:25 at some points of the season--
01:27 I counted him out originally when I found out
01:29 that he was coming in.
01:30 But when you're dealing with coaching issues
01:32 and miscommunications and stuff, you can't really
01:34 put your best foot forward.
01:35 He had some numbers in college that can translate to the NFL.
01:39 He just needs the right coach to back him,
01:41 in my personal opinion.
01:42 And I don't give college quarterbacks a lot of credit
01:44 when they put this kind of load on their shoulders
01:46 early on in their career.
01:47 I--
