00:57 Listen and listen to the program Quran and the host, Muhammad Suhail Raza Amjadi is present at your service
01:05 Respected viewers and listeners, you know that we start the program with the topic of Quran and Hadith
01:13 But today we are talking about the Prophet Muhammad (SAW)
01:19 Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (RA) says that his mother was a polytheist
01:26 I used to invite her to Islam but she did not listen
01:32 One day I invited her to Islam
01:35 She said in the name of the Prophet (SAW) that I am disgusted by the words
01:42 She said that she was very upset
01:44 Because the companions used to listen to everything about themselves
01:51 But they were not ready to listen to the Prophet (SAW)
01:56 There is an incident of Hazrat Khubaib (RA)
02:01 When one of the enemies of Islam went ahead and pointed his spear at his chest
02:11 He said that now you will also have the desire that if you were a prophet, you would have been trapped and you would have lost your life
02:22 He said very historical words
02:27 He said that if I were a prophet, I would have been saved
02:36 I cannot tolerate that a thorn is stuck in the foot of my prophet and I am sitting at home
02:48 I cannot tolerate this
02:50 The companions were so loving and were willing to sacrifice their wealth
02:57 In the name of the Prophet (SAW) they said that I am disgusted by the words
03:04 I cried a lot and was very upset
03:07 I could not say anything
03:09 I came to the Holy Prophet (SAW) and told him the whole incident
03:16 I told him to pray for my mother's guidance
03:27 The Holy Prophet (SAW) prayed that O Lord, give guidance to Abu Huraira's mother
03:41 After this prayer, when I came home, I saw that the door of my house was closed
03:49 My mother heard the sound of my footsteps and told me to stay there
03:55 I heard the sound of water and it was like someone was pouring water
04:02 She was taking a bath and she quickly put on her clothes
04:07 As soon as the door opened, I saw that my mother was reciting the Kalima
04:12 She was a Muslim
04:14 This is the prayer of my Prophet (SAW)
04:17 The mention of which was made by Abu Huraira (RA)
04:23 Allah gave such a great blessing to Abu Huraira
04:28 He was a Muslim and he was willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of Allah
04:34 But his mother also accepted Islam with the prayers of the Holy Prophet (SAW)
04:41 Allah made us all Muslims and gave us the strength to stand up for Islam
04:48 Let's go to today's lesson

17:46 Similarly, "Nafs" is singular
17:50 "Nafs-e-Mutmainna" "Nafs-e-Ammara"
17:53 is used in this meaning
17:55 Remember "Anfus" means "Lives"
17:58 But it is not used for one meaning

18:03 "Nafs" and "Nafs-e-Mutmainna"

26:06 "Faalqawus salama maa kunna na'malu minso"
26:13 "Hum karte the minse soo in burai"
26:17 Dear viewers, this is the translation word by word
26:20 Now we will read the translation word by word
26:24 "Allatheena tatawaffahumul malaikatu thalimi anfusihim"
26:32 "Faalqawus salama maa kunna na'malu minso"
26:39 "Unka haal yeh hai ke jab farishte unki roohen qabs karte hai"
26:44 "To us waqt wo apni jaano par zulm kar rahe hote hai"
26:48 "Us waqt wo itaat shiaar ban jate hai"
26:51 "Aur kete hai ki hum koi burai nahi karte the"
26:55 "Unka haal yeh hai ke jab farishte unki roohen qabs karte hai"
27:00 "To us waqt wo apni jaano par zulm kar rahe hote hai"
27:04 "Us waqt wo itaat shiaar ban jate hai"
27:07 "Aur kete hai ki hum koi burai nahi karte the"
27:11 Dear viewers, this is the easy way to understand the translation word by word
27:15 Now let's move to the commentary
27:17 The commentary that we are discussing is Surah Nahl Ayat 20 and 21
27:22 Dear viewers, what is said in Ayat 20
27:25 "And those who worship other than Allah, they cannot create anything"
27:30 "And they have created it themselves"
27:32 "They are dead, they are not alive and they do not know when they will be raised"
27:37 Now in this, the "Walladheena yad'oona"
27:40 We have to say something about this
27:44 Because some translators, I will not name names here
27:48 But the translators made a mistake
27:50 That here "yad'oona" was translated as
27:54 "Those who call other than Allah"
28:00 Remember dear viewers, "yad'oona" is also translated as "to call"
28:05 This is the meaning of "Dua"
28:07 But here if we take the meaning of "to call"
28:11 Then we call each other
28:15 We call each other to help others
28:19 Then the whole world is polytheistic
28:21 So that's why the careful translators have taken the meaning here
28:28 That "those who worship"
28:30 Because "Dua" or "D'oona" is also used in the sense of worship
28:37 Dear viewers, I would like to say that
28:42 I will give reference to some old translators
28:50 Who have told here, especially in these places
28:56 That the translation of "yad'oona" is in the sense of worship
29:01 So it is known from the details that
29:03 The old and careful translators have said
29:06 "those who call other than Allah" as "idols"
29:11 For example, Hafiz Ismail Ibn Umar Ibn Kaseer
29:18 He also writes here that Allah has told
29:21 "those who worship idols other than Allah"
29:26 "cannot create anything"
29:28 "and they have been created themselves"
29:30 Allah says "Do you worship those idols which you yourself have created?"
29:35 Similarly, Allama Shaukani has also written
29:38 "idols are incapable of creating anything"
29:43 "so how can they be worthy of worship?"
29:46 And here Allama Abdullah Muhammad bin Ahmad Maliki Qurtubi has also written
29:50 "the dead are not living, they are idols"
29:54 "they have no souls, they cannot hear or see"
29:58 Similarly, Ibn Abbas says
30:05 "the dead are not living, they are idols"
30:08 "those who call other than Allah"
30:11 So when "other than Allah" means "idols"
30:15 It means "those who worship other than Allah"
30:25 "those who call other than Allah" means "the saints of Allah"
30:36 "the saints of Allah" are not "other than Allah"
30:41 "they are the saints of Allah"
30:45 Because here "other than Allah" means "the saints of Allah"
30:48 So why did Allah say "other than Allah" here?
30:51 He also said "other than Allah" here
30:53 Similarly, Allah says "those who worship the Lord of the worlds"
31:01 So I can say that "other than Allah" is different
31:05 And "saints of Allah" and "saints of Allah" are different
31:10 Allah has mentioned them separately
31:13 So that is why the translation is not correct
31:16 "those who worship other than Allah"
31:27 I would like to say that calling Huzoor (SAW)
31:37 or calling Hazrat Ali (RA) or Ghosee Azam
31:45 or calling other saints of Allah
31:51 Remember that calling them is correct
31:55 Just like we call people by their names
32:00 "O Fala" "O Fala"
32:02 This is not Shirk
32:04 Now this means that we can call other than Allah
32:09 So remember that I am saying that
32:12 calling other than Allah is Shirk
32:16 So why would a person call another person?
32:18 Either help me or take me from this place to that place
32:21 So this is Shirk
32:23 Similarly, Allah has created different fields
32:27 Every field has its own expert
32:30 And we seek help from that expert
32:32 So this is a spiritual expert
32:34 So seeking help from them is not Shirk
32:39 It is in accordance with Shariah
32:41 "Qaulil Hawariyuna Nahnu Ansarun Allah"
32:45 "We are helpers of Allah"
32:47 So if asking for help was Shirk
32:50 The whole world would be polytheists
32:53 So seeking help from anyone other than Allah is not Shirk
32:57 But if someone believes that Allah has given them this power
33:06 So there is no harm in it
33:09 No Muslim can say that
33:11 I am seeking help from a saint of Allah
33:13 So I am calling them by their names
33:15 Then that is Shirk
33:16 And no Muslim can even think like that
33:19 They seek help from Allah
33:21 And the pious people of Allah
33:23 Remember that when they pass away
33:27 They are alive in their graves
33:30 Like the martyrs
33:31 Like the Hafiz of the Quran
33:33 The righteous
33:34 Their graves do not eat the earth
33:37 There are many such experiences
33:39 And it is proven by the Quran and Hadith
33:41 So never go on these things
33:44 That this is a conspiracy to mislead
33:50 So we seek help from Allah
33:54 We seek help from the people of the world
33:57 And from the pious people of Allah
33:59 And we think that Allah has given us power
34:06 So he is helping us
34:08 So there should be no polytheism in this
34:11 These were some things that we wanted to say
34:14 And I will say more things in this
34:17 InshaAllah Allah will give us the opportunity
34:20 To have the right belief
