00:03 - Major League Baseball news,
00:04 which I thought was interesting.
00:06 We knew it was gonna happen,
00:08 but it's been going on for two decades here, Cam.
00:12 And it appears Las Vegas will finally be getting
00:16 a Major League Baseball team.
00:18 Congrats, the Major League Baseball owners
00:21 have approved the relocation of the athletics to Vegas now.
00:27 And it looks like they're building a 1.5
00:30 or $1.7 billion stadium that'll be ready in 2028
00:34 for the Oakland Athletics.
00:39 So now we've got what, hockey, baseball, and the NFL
00:44 all representative in Las Vegas.
00:47 And it's one of the smallest markets
00:49 a team in Major League Baseball will be in.
00:53 It's not a huge market by any stretch there, Cam.
00:56 - Good call, Joe.
00:57 Where are these guys gonna play for these few years?
01:00 They haven't even decided that.
01:01 I will say one thing about Vegas,
01:03 even though it's the Oakland A's
01:04 and they're gonna suck hard,
01:06 at least it's a great opportunity.
01:08 New Yorkers, Yankee fan, let's make a trip there.
01:11 You know what I mean?
01:11 Boston fan, that's what you do.
01:13 You turn it into like a boys weekend in Vegas
01:15 and that seems to be what's happening.
01:17 Hey, Joe, basketball, they got the Las Vegas Aces there.
01:20 Are they gonna get an NBA team?
01:22 I wouldn't be shocked if we ran the big four.
01:24 - That's a good point.
01:26 It just seems like it's gonna be happening.
01:27 This is the city right now.
01:29 So, but I wonder where they're gonna play.
01:31 And another thing is, man, I don't know, that stadium,
01:34 it's gonna be pretty hot there, right?
01:35 But Arizona figured it out.
01:36 So I guess Vegas will.
01:38 Too bad it's Oakland.
01:39 - Hey, it's, yeah, well, congratulations.
01:42 You got a team.
01:44 Sorry, it's the athletics.
01:46 Don't know what to tell you there.
