00:12 First of all, sit in a square position.
00:15 Then, hold your right nostril with your right thumb and breathe in through your left nostril.
00:22 Now, close your left nostril with your ring finger.
00:26 Then, open your right nostril and breathe out.
00:31 Now, breathe in through your right nostril and breathe out through your left nostril.
00:39 Remember, the second time you breathe out,
00:44 breathe in through the same nostril and breathe out through the other nostril.
00:50 Repeat this process for 3 times.
