00:00 Namaskar, I am Yog Guru Shambhu Saranjha.
00:06 I welcome you to the F3 meditation channel.
00:09 Today we will talk about the Sabeej Nirveej Pranayam.
00:13 So, let's start.
00:15 What is this Sabeej Nirveej Pranayam?
00:17 Let me tell you that this Sabeej Nirveej Pranayam may seem new to everyone.
00:27 But this is not new for the Indian people.
00:30 This is a knowledge given in many puranas and alekhas in Upasana Shastra.
00:39 This is also discussed in Patanjali Yoga Shastra.
00:46 This is not in the Ghan form.
00:48 So, you will ask where did I get this knowledge?
00:51 Our Guru Prabhu was Sri Sri Ekhajarath Ramanand Shastri ji and Swa Guru Sri Sri Ram Narayan Jha ji.
00:57 We got this knowledge through them.
01:00 This knowledge is kept in the Guru-Shishya Parampara.
01:03 This is such a good knowledge of Yoga Shastra that many things can be obtained from it.
01:10 Because there is not one thing in it.
01:12 Because the first thing that comes in Sabeej Nirveej Pranayam is the seed.
01:17 Many of you will be wondering what is the seed?
01:21 I would like to answer this question.
01:24 Our body is made up of five elements.
01:28 And the universe is made up of these five elements.
01:30 So, first of all, which elements should we talk about?
01:34 Like, earth element, water element, air element, fire element and sky element.
01:39 So, the whole universe and the whole body is made up of these elements.
01:42 So, what is the need for this in Yoga?
01:45 We will discuss this too.
01:47 But we will gradually increase the sequence so that you get the full benefit of it.
01:53 So, first of all, we will try to know about the five elements.
01:57 What are these five elements?
01:59 For example, let's take the earth element.
02:01 If there is no earth, then can human life be lived?
02:05 Or can we imagine anything?
02:08 So, what is the earth element made of?
02:11 So, the earth element is denoted by the word "Lav".
02:14 That's why it is said that we worship.
02:16 "Lang prithya gandhang samarpe ame nama"
02:19 That's how we do it.
02:20 So, form, sound, touch, smell, body, everything is there.
02:24 So, a lot of new things are created from this earth.
02:27 That's why it is also called "Ratna Garbha".
02:30 And our body turns into ash after burning.
02:32 So, it is found in the earth element only.
02:35 So, similarly, water element, fire element, air element, sky element.
02:39 So, what is the word that these elements are made of?
02:42 So, everything in the universe was present in the form of words.
02:46 So, the word itself came into this material element.
02:50 That's why it is said that Vedas are the origin of Brahma and Brahma is the origin of Vedas.
02:54 Through which we get the meaning of knowledge.
02:56 So, we will discuss this a little more later.
02:59 So, what I mean to say is that these elements,
03:03 when we completely stop breathing with these elements,
03:06 that is, breathing, stopping and leaving,
03:09 and when there is a kind of harmony in them,
03:12 then everything comes.
03:14 And if we do this, then it becomes seedless.
03:17 Like there is an empty earth and a seedless earth.
03:21 So, in the same way, the whole world is living with this life science.
03:24 Because the living beings, animals, birds are on this earth.
03:28 And no one can live without the air element.
03:31 So, today you learned how to mix these elements
03:37 and in the Yoga Shastra, Lord Shiva told about it.
03:41 With which, big diseases can be diagnosed.
03:44 Spirituality can be attained.
03:47 That means there is no secret of the universe that is untouched by this science.
03:54 Everything can be attained.
03:56 The knowledge of Ayurveda can also be obtained.
04:00 How and when and how.
04:02 So, we will discuss all this in the next episode in detail.
04:06 So, first of all, we will tell you about the earth element.
04:11 And how and what we do with the earth element.
04:14 How and what is the importance of the earth element.
04:17 How is it?
04:18 So, we will discuss it again.
04:20 Namaskar. Thank you.
