00:03 >> Against the spread so far this year, the Lions, seven and
00:07 two against the number, Eagles six, two and one, Chiefs, Steelers, Browns,
00:12 Jags, Bucs, Dolphins, Cowboys.
00:15 Anybody you're surprised to see, Joe?
00:18 I mean, for the most part, the teams that we have at the top here are the best
00:23 teams in the league, aside from, I guess, the Bucs,
00:26 who are six and three against the number.
00:28 You see them high on the list.
00:29 >> And the Bucs were catching a lot of big wood early on, remember that.
00:33 They even covered against your bills a couple of weeks ago as an eight and
00:37 a half, nine point dog.
00:38 But I guess the one that was on that list that was a little intriguing was
00:42 Indianapolis, six and four against the number,
00:45 considering that they have had Anthony Richardson to start the year.
00:49 He was banged up, now Gardner Minshew, and
00:52 they still find ways, 60% to cover the spread.
00:55 That's pretty good, and they have some outright wins under their belt,
00:58 most notably earlier in the year against Baltimore and Lamar Jackson.
01:02 So credit to Shane Steichen, he's done a pretty good job,
01:06 just like D'Amico Ryan's, obviously, in year number one.
01:09 >> On the worst side, Joe, of the NFL teams against the spread.
01:14 Now we saw the Bucs representing the NFC South on the best.
01:18 The rest of the division represents on the worst at the top end,
01:22 the Falcons, two and eight against the number so far this year.
01:27 The Patriots, two and eight, Giants and Saints, both two, seven and one.
01:30 Panthers, two, six and one.
01:32 There are the Bills at three and seven after another non-cover.
01:36 Then you get the Bears, Broncos, Chargers, Seahawks.
01:39 Obviously, Joe, when you look at that list, the teams that stick out,
01:42 the Saints being two, seven and one.
01:44 I mean, they're in first place in the NFC South, but
01:47 they don't cover any football games, that's for sure.
01:49 And the Bills, obviously, three and seven, they're five and five.
01:52 So that means, as we've already discussed, they've had a couple games in this last
01:56 six weeks where they did not cover the number.
01:58 >> No, great point, and I told you, I'm not a buyer of Dennis Allen,
02:01 especially in terms of road environments.
02:03 I know they beat New England on the road early on, but
02:06 he's a terrible road coach.
02:07 He's a terrible coach overall.
02:09 He should just stick to the defense, and that defense has given up a ton of yards.
02:13 Outside of the two that you mentioned, I would say the Patriots.
02:17 You know why?
02:17 Because they've been catching a lot of wood this year.
02:20 And not to even cover his underdogs is a testament to where this organization is
02:25 under Bill Belichick, no offensive identity right now, struggling in terms of
02:30 the ATS and obviously in straight up type of situation,
02:33 completely out of the playoff picture.
02:36 I mean, we talked about it as well at the start of the year.
02:38 This was one of the heavy bet teams to go over the seven and a half and
02:42 be a yes to make the playoffs.
02:44 Totally not living up to expectations under Bill Belichick.
