00:00 I was looking at this one and I was actually leaning a little bit towards the under.
00:06 I'm looking at the live line right now and it's still sitting at around 40 points.
00:11 I haven't done anything with it yet.
00:13 I don't know if I'm actually going to get involved, but from a totals perspective, look,
00:18 the odd thing is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, their last game, they had a mini bye just
00:23 like the Buffalo Bills did because they played last Thursday and heading into that Thursday
00:26 game, they were talking about how they did not feel like they were going to be able to
00:29 run the football.
00:30 They were going to become more of a pass first team.
00:33 They're going to try to throw the football.
00:35 And they did a little bit of that against the Buffalo Bills, but some of it was game
00:39 scripts because they were down so early.
00:40 They obviously had to morph more into that.
00:43 I'm interested to see in a game that should be a lot closer.
00:45 They should not be getting blown out by the Houston Texans if they are able to run the
00:50 football more or if they stick to what they planned on, which is passing the ball.
00:54 Because as we both know, if a team is going to be sitting back there throwing the ball
00:58 a lot, then that's going to be difficult to go under the total if the odds makers have
01:02 not priced that in.
01:04 In this game, I like Rashard White's receiving yards over.
01:09 He's gone over this number.
01:10 I'm not exactly sure what it is.
01:11 Let me see what I bet.
01:12 I bet at 27 and a half.
01:14 I don't know what the number is right now, but he went over that and cleared it easily.
01:19 Each of the last two games seems to be a good outlet for Baker Mayfield in the passing attack
01:24 and the Houston Texans are the second worst defense against running back passes in terms
01:28 of the average yardage per reception.
01:31 So I think Rashard White could have some success, but on the other side, I did not like at all
01:36 what Bobby Sloak did coming out of the bye.
01:39 They came out and they used a lot more heavy personnel to run the football.
01:43 They had been morphing into a direction where they were using heavy set up play action looks
01:47 and to pass the ball out of those sets, getting extra linemen out there to protect for CJ
01:52 Stroud and passing off of that.
01:55 And the offense was looking good.
01:56 It shroud was looking good.
01:58 In this case, they used 11 to pass the ball and heavy to run the ball.
02:02 And that was just too predictable.
02:03 The defense Carolina Panthers last week sort of was able to figure out when they were going
02:07 to be passed and they'll get pressure there.
02:09 They stuff some of those run plays.
02:11 Now Damian Pierce is out for this game.
02:14 So I think the run game might look a little bit different this week for the Houston Texans
02:18 because they're not trying to adapt to Damian Pierce in this particular matchup.
