00:00 And I know nowadays, and it's been like that for a while,
00:03 too, a lot of people, they want to be in front of the camera.
00:06 They want the spotlight.
00:08 You, on the other hand, you've kind of made a career
00:10 behind the scenes.
00:11 You know, in management and executive production,
00:14 everything like that.
00:15 What do you attribute that character trait to?
00:17 Why were you always so--
00:19 why does pushing and highlighting other people
00:22 so fulfilling to you?
00:24 You know, I think it comes from being a manager, right?
00:26 I learned early on that I had the ability
00:29 to put pieces together and to help create full pictures
00:33 or to bring projects to fruition.
00:36 And that is something that I enjoy doing.
00:38 I love seeing the finished product,
00:40 whether it's an album, a TV show, a movie.
00:45 And I am comfortable just being that person that
00:50 helps the pieces come together.
00:52 I've also ventured in front of the camera when it made sense.
00:56 It's nothing that I kind of aspire to
00:58 or nothing that I'm pursuing actively.
01:01 But it's the kind of thing where if an opportunity presents
01:04 itself, I'm down.
01:08 (upbeat music)
