00:00 We get Arizona in Washington up next.
00:03 Another one o'clock Eastern 10 AM Pacific kick.
00:06 Actually, the last one we'll cover from the early slate on Sunday,
00:09 March 20, 2016.
00:12 That's what we saw the commanders beat the Arizona Cardinals by.
00:16 They do not cover the minus seven, minus six and a half point spread,
00:21 just winning by four.
00:22 Game stays just under the total of 38.
00:25 But the Cardinals not supposed to be all that great coming into the season.
00:29 And they stayed within the number.
00:31 Somehow they find a way to stay within the number,
00:33 although Washington wins the game.
00:35 What'd you take away from our nation's capital today?
00:37 The Cardinals were the winning side, but they were not the right side.
00:44 The commanders absolutely should have covered this game.
00:47 The Cardinals had 210 yards of offense.
00:50 The only touchdown they scored was because of a sack fumble
00:54 that they ran into the end zone.
00:56 The commanders turned the ball over three times,
00:57 including that aforementioned sack fumble I just talked about,
01:00 in the first half of this game, allowing the Cardinals to hang around.
01:05 Points up on the board.
01:07 The Washington offense should have been better, should have been crisper.
01:10 I'm not going to make any comments about Eric Biennium,
01:12 he is the offensive coordinator.
01:14 Although he had a chance to make this game when it was 17-16.
01:18 He had a chance to go put the game away, at least make an eight point game,
01:22 and guarantee a tie.
01:24 He called the most conservative, weak, just pansy play calling I've ever seen,
01:31 and just decided we were going to go get a field goal,
01:33 and that was going to be the end of it.
