00:31 Town Deal Regeneration Project, and the blueprint can now be used to attract money to make the

00:35 proposed station scheme a reality.

00:38 It is the first step towards any possible government intervention, and includes testing

00:42 various options, engagement with local people, design, an assessment of the potential railway

00:47 station's strategic fit, its commercial viability, value for money, and whether it

00:52 will be affordable and achievable.

01:04 Longbow Bars and Restaurants Ltd, owned by Rob Hattersley from Bakewell, will reopen

01:09 the Ashford Arms in Ashford-in-the-Water in early next year, following extensive refurbishment

01:16 The Ashford Arms will become the third venue under the Longbow Bars umbrella.

01:24 and the George, an award-winning historic bar, restaurant and hotel in Hathersedge.
