00:00 Good morning to everyone present here today.
00:13 I would also like to salute the rest of the staff who participated in previous meetings
00:23 dealing with nutrition, education, and economical problems.
00:36 For a long time, humanity has been enjoying education and health, also with economic growth.
00:54 But right now, we need to understand that economies need to guarantee the health and
01:03 well-being of the people and the environment rather than producing and having an economical
01:10 growth.
01:18 We need major efforts to solve the problem of hunger, especially in this area, but also
01:26 in the rest of the world.
01:32 We need to take into account the cultural difference and racial differences in this
01:40 region and also in the rest of the world in order to address this topic and be able to
01:44 solve it.
01:51 We need to basically sacrifice economical growth in order to guarantee the well-being
01:58 of the people and the environment.
02:12 We defend the right that the people have of enjoying agric resources that are being exploited
02:19 for private purposes instead of giving the space for the people who actually need to
02:30 enjoy the benefits of it.
02:35 It is useless to set any real solutions for the Amazon problems because this only intensifies
02:49 the current problems.
02:56 In order to have a sustainable Amazon, we need to guarantee the well-being of the countryside
03:08 and especially the indigenous area.
03:15 In the Kilauea land, in order to defend the sovereignty and the security of the food,
03:30 we cannot normalize hunger in the Amazon area.
03:42 Dialogues held regarding the Amazon problem have set measures to solve this problem, but
03:55 we are still dealing with the problems that I previously stated, mostly because we are
04:03 not taking into account the thoughts and concerns of the people.
04:15 We need to listen to the people as well because the environment and the Amazonic land is a
04:21 matter that concerns all governments and citizens.
04:32 We need to defend the food sovereignty and all the issues and the problems that are affecting
04:39 the Amazon.
04:40 [INAUDIBLE]
