Olympic champion Mo Farah has sent a video message to an inspirational Leeds woman who is running over 550 miles for charity.
Shany Hagan, 54, who works with the Emmerdale cast for ITV Leeds, is raising thousands for charity by running and walking over 550 miles for two charities of her choice.
