Sydney man charged with several domestic violence charges after woman's body found

The former partner of a Sydney woman who was found dead in her Liverpool apartment has been charged with 18 counts of domestic violence. Tatiana Dokhotaru's death is also at the centre of an internal police investigation into their response.
