WATSON DUKE VISIT DISRUPTS HDC

The Housing Development Corporation's Head Office was operating under lock and key for part of Friday morning.

This happened as Progressive Democratic Patriots Leader -- Watson Duke, and some East Dry River residents paid the Head Office a visit.

Police were called in as Duke Waited to meet upper management.
