Residents in Carisbrook in central Victoria have been told to leave their homes, with many heading to higher ground in near-by Maryborough. Central Goldfields Shire Council CEO Lucy Roffey is at Maryborough relief centre. She says most residents in the shire have been chosen to evacuate to the centre.
