NSW 2022 Flood Inquiry report recommends flood zone buy backs, changes to disaster response

Some residents in the riskiest flood zones in Northern New South Wales, will be able to swap land, or sell their properties to the government. It's one of a series of recommendations to come out of the independent review of the state's handling of the flood crisis.
