00:02I would say that one should not ignore that we are facing 30 years of tolerance and ambiguity.
00:12It is not an easy process.
00:14Maybe, and you can be sure that I would like to go faster and faster and faster,
00:20because this is about building the state and protecting our population, protecting all our population.
00:27After the war of 2024, the consequences of the war continued,
00:32because there were still attacks from Israel against Lebanon.
00:35We shouldn't disregard this. That didn't help.
00:39But again, it is of the essence that the issue of the military infrastructure of Hezbollah be dealt with,
00:52and we must go as fast as possible.
00:57I don't deny this. I'm convinced about it.
01:00And the problem is to overcome the obstacles that exist in this respect.
01:07Your prime minister made some comments over the weekend where he was talking about,
01:11as you've also addressed, the influence of Iran here.
01:14And he said that Iran was directing Hezbollah's operations from here on the ground in Lebanon.
01:22What does the government know about that situation and how extensive that is?
01:28Look, if you hear the speeches, whether from the Iranian side or the Hezbollah side,
01:35you will understand that, A, there are a lot of, even if you take only the speeches,
01:40that there are major links.
01:43As you know, for instance, also on another ground,
01:47when there was the pager operation,
01:50one of the pagers was held by the ambassador of Iran.
01:55So the implication of Iran in the activities of Hezbollah is clear.
