Annuar: Name one country that lowered inflation by slashing ministers’ salaries

Special Task Force on Jihad Against Inflation chairman Tan Sri Annuar Musa has questioned one of the demands made by price hike protesters for ministers to take pay cuts.

Speaking to the press after the task force’s meeting on Monday (July 25), the Communications and Multimedia Minister said slashing their wages would not tackle inflation and rising prices of goods.
