Sabah cops probing viral video of animal abuse at Kudat PPRT

Authorities are investigating allegations of animal abuse at the Taman Ehsan hardcore poor housing programme (PPRT) in Kudat.  Videos have gone viral showing a group of young boys hurling rocks at a litter of puppies by the staircase while laughing, and another showing a person swinging a newborn puppy which he tied up before throwing it towards the group.
