00:23And meeting with Putin is, I mean, actually I don't know who's worse in terms of making

00:30a deal and not actually adhering to it.

00:32I don't really have much hope for the summit tomorrow.

00:35It would be nice to think that Putin would recognize that he's not going to win.

00:42But my understanding is that he would lose his grasp on power if he stops the war.
