Armed Forces BIPs scheme expanded to cover more ranks, says Anwar

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced on Friday (Aug 15) that the government has approved an extension of the Performance-Based Incentive Payment (BIPs) scheme to include more ranks in the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM).
