In an exclusive interview with India Today, Ukrainian Member of Parliament Kira Rudik said that Russian President Vladimir Putin is a war criminal.
"Russia continues trying to take major Ukrainian cities. So far, it has failed," Kira Rudyk said.
"Our army is fighting so bravely that they were not able to capture cities. However, they are now trying to destroy us with the help of the air force," she added.
