The Ministry of Social Development and Family Services has launched a "Grandparenting Programme" which seeks to better equip grandparents to provide care and support to their grandchildren, including technologically.
Minister Donna Cox believes the COVID-19 pandemic has uncovered the importance of ensuring that grandparents can comfortably fill the gap for parents should the need arise.
