Increased testing in Central West on day one of lockdown

Essential workers leaving Sydney are under scrutiny in the first regional lockdown in the current outbreak. 60-thousand people in the state's Central West have spent their first day under stay-at-home orders after a man tested positive to coronavirus in Blayney.
