Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has failed in his bid to intervene in a review application filed by former police commando Azilah Hadri, who is seeking a retrial in the murder case of Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu.
The Federal Court only allowed Najib’s lawyer Tan Sri Shafee Abdullah to hold a watching brief for Najib during the hearing of Azilah’s review.
