“Grey’s Anatomy” and “Scandal” creator Shonda Rhimes is back with her first Netflix project, the romantic period drama “Bridgerton.” Based on Julia Quinn’s historical novels, the series stars Hollywood legend Julie Andrews as well as newcomers Regé-Jean Page (“For the People,” “Roots”) and Phoebe Dynevor (“Younger”).
