A former private secretary to a former minister was charged at the Shah Alam Sessions Court on Thursday with six counts of soliciting and accepting gratification totalling RM106,500 to help a company to secure an advertising tender under the Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry.
29-year-old Mohd Saifullah Mohd Minggu @ Mohd Hashim pleaded not guilty to have allegedly committed the offences at several locations between Dec 2018 and March 2019.
