Second Finance Minister Datuk Johari Abdul Ghani said the ministry is in the midst of coming up with a scheme with Bank Negara and four other financial institutions to help those who fail to secure housing loans. He said this at the launch of Rumah Mesra Rakyat Online (RMROnline) on Thursday.
