MIC says the party’s relevance depends on transition from ruling to opposition party

After handing over his Health Minister duties to his successor on Thursday, Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam, who is also MIC president, said the party members will need to get used to being the Opposition after Barisan Nasional’s defeat in the May 9 election.
