Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Economic Affairs) Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed told the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (Aug 4) that the tabling of the 12th Malaysia Plan (RMK-12) has been postponed to early next year due to changes in the economic landscape.
