Pullover & Press/Push & Leg Press

Worked from 135lb to 185lb to 235lb getting about 10 reps on the Leg Press. I hope you can see how much control I have with the barbell on the feet. Look how I get the bar down to the floor. Notice the bar IS NOT rolling off the foot. The bar doesn't ever really drop as you can see. This is a perfectly fine & safe exercise that not only works the legs but, the groin as well. If you have a tight lower back, this can MOST CERTAINLY loosen it up.
The slow Pullover of 285lb is a PR. Usually I have to do a couple of wind ups with that kind of weight. Being able to pull it over from a dead stop tells me that all the Pullups I've been doing certainly have strengthened my Lats. The last set I couldn't push either even though I bypassed the Pullover. I believe the lack of belly from losing weight got rid of my 'launch pad' or should I have called it my 'Paunch Pad"?? I will have to figure out the Push technique with the thinner midsection. Good Luck & God Bless!!
