Noticed my head was too far forward and opted for BTN Pullups to help pull the base of the Cervical Spine back. The bottom position was held for a moment to focus on the Traps being fully contracted to pull the neck back. I realized that a Monkey Grip allowed more ROM than on the 3rd single where l had the thumbs wrapped around the bar. My ROM was OK, but l think some more work on these & some Neck Bridges will get me to pull all the way to the base of the neck. I felt MUCH better and more aligned afterwards.
