Sometimes, ya just gotta remember what to do! When l jumped back into BTN Pullups on Sunday, l felt l had quite a bit of work to do. Two days later, and l'm absolutely pulling all the way up to the bar! The quick turnaround around wasn't about strength or mobility. I just needed to pinch my shoulder blades together, OR pull my elbows out, OR perform some Horizontal Scapular Adduction(🤪). So, if you're having trouble with BTN Pullups, remember to pull those elbows out after the initial pull and maybe work some shoulder blade pinching via Barbell Bent Rows to the Sternum or Bent L-Flyes.
