Was able to Pullover & Press up to 185lb but, once I hit 225lb, I guess the extra volume on Dips caught up with me so, I continued on with the Pullover & Push. Those Pullups must be working because that was the EASIEST Pullover with 125kg I can remember...WOW!!! I am Blessed to keep improving!
