Kincade Fire evacuations leave this neighborhood a ghost town

Sulfur in the air created a yellow haze that blanketed the town of Windsor, California, after it was evacuated due to the nearby Kincade Fire. On Oct. 27, the combination of the haze and lack of activity made the area look like an old ghost town.
