The Palestinian Ministry of National Economy is awarding compensation to over 1600 owners of factories destroyed by Israel in last summer's offensive against Gaza. Each owner received a token sum of US$2500 through the Bank of Palestine. The funds were part of the donations allocated for reconstruction of Gaza.
