Mercosur's 47th summit to launch new era for the bloc

Heads of State of member countries of the Southern Common Market (Mercosur) have arrived in Parana, Argentina, to hold the 47th summit of the bloc. Previous to the presidential summit, the foreign ministers of member countries met to agree on the subjects to be addressed. Mercosur will go from being a trade agreement to being a comprehensive economic agreement with social inclusion as a priority. teleSUR
