Uruguayans will go to the polls Sunday for a second round vote in presidential elections. No surprises are expected. Socialist Broad Front candidate Tabare Vazquez is leading right wing opposition candidate Luis Lacalle Pou with 55% vs 40% percent in the most recent polls.
