Unique dialogue on climate change underway in Venezuela

Representatives of international social movements and NGOs gathered in Margarita, Venezuela for the first ever 'Precop'. Together they are drafting the "Margarita Declaration" a document to be presented to 47 ministers from different countries as part of United Nations talks on climate change.
