When sectarian violence thrust the Central African Republic into the spotlight last year, there were few journalists on the ground covering what was to become a massive humanitarian crisis.
Two photojournalists who were there, from the French publications Le Monde and Paris Match magazine, have been speaking to France 24’s photography critic Olivia Salazar-Winspear at the Visa pour L’Image festival in Perpignan.
Also on the show, we hear from artist Didier Kassaï about his work which chronicles the conflict in the Central African Republic.
