28:42through a breakup they started working out because of some pain that's happening in their life and they
28:46get through it and you are doing this and you're finding the power for someone else so the tears of
28:53joy it's just like that sweat i was talking about like you're sweating and the work that's like you
28:58know people say like sweat is your body crying from your fitness and you just go into your life
29:04and it's it's okay the thing is like people need to understand it's okay to connect to these feelings
29:09because you can go anywhere and get a workout but where can you get the motivation and the internal
29:13motivation like this is the place and if you need to let it out this is where you let it out and feel
29:18comfortable to do that and we're paying for your friend and we're just i just told him that i was
29:22gonna try as hard fight as hard as i could here and i need him to do the same thing though because
29:26he doesn't want to take the chemo anymore he told they told him something bad yesterday he doesn't
29:30want to tell me and you know what he's telling you he's giving you the update so you can continue to
