Finger Millet (Ragi) - 1 Kg
Jowar (Sorghum) - 500g
Maize - 500g
Soyabean - 500g
Fenugreek (Methi) - 100g
Steel Cut Oats - 500g
Barley - 500g
Pearl Millet (Bajra) - 500g
Sun dry all the cereals, millet's and pulses for 6-8 hours.
Get it fine powdered from flour mill.
~ Use steel cut oats instead of Quick oats. Steel cut oats are not processed, so retains most of its nutrients compared to rolled and quick oats.
~ Multigrain Flour can be used for many varieties of dishes like Finger Millet Ball, Finger Millet Rotti, Finger Millet Dosa etc.
