This mixture should be stored in air tight containers and can be used while preparing dosa batter.
Dosa Fermentation tips --------------------------------------- Soak dosa mix at 12 PM Grind dosa batter by 4 PM Leave for fermentation overnight Fluppy dosa batter will be ready by next day morning
~ Regular dosa batter using rice & urad dal is more towards carbohydrates, and does not provide essential nutrients. ~ Using millets, oats and Barley will enhance the dosa with nutrients, fibre, vitamins, minerals etc. These ingredients boast the immunity power in body. ~ Use rolled oats instead of quick oats. Rolled oats are less processed compared to quick oats and does retain more nutrients. ~ Millets mix dosa batter can be used for wide variety of dishes like Masala Dosa, Set Dosa, Paddu, Onion Dosa etc.
