Ingredients and steps

Roast (Little oil)

Daniya - 100g
Guntur Chilli - 100g
Small Chilli - 50 to 100g (Add based on spice preference, this is more spicy chilli)
Byadige Chilli - 100g


Dry roast
-----------------------------
Jeera - 100g
Mustard - 100g
Methi seeds - 25g
Chekke - 15g
Moggu - 15g
Cloves - 15g
Pepper - 25g
Curry leaves (1 Bunch)

Add

Asoefotida - 4 Spoons
Turmeric - 6 Spoons

~ Cool all the mixtures, floor mill the mixture.
~ Add popular brand readymade Sambar Powder (100g) and Rasam Powder (100g) to the milled powder and mix well.
~ This enhances the masala powder Flavor and Aroma.
~ Homemade Sambar Masala powder is ready to use.
~ This masala powder can be used to prepare wide variety of dishes like Sambar, Rasam, Dal, Puliyogre, Sabji etc.
