Ingredients:
तेल 1/4 शिमला मिर्च (बारीक कटी) 3 लहसुन (बारीक कटे) 1 हरी मिर्च (बीज निकाली और बारीक कटी) 1/4 cup हरी फली 1/4 cup गाजर काली मिर्च 1 tsp व्हाइट विनेगर 1 tsp सोया सॉस 1 tbsp ग्रीन चिली सॉस 2 cup उबले हुए चावल हरा प्याज नमक
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan - Add capsicum, garlic, green chilli, french beans, carrots and saute and stir fry the vegetables - Add black pepper, white vinegar, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and mix everything well - Add the boiled rice and toss everything together. - Add salt, spring onions to it and mix well everything well - Serve hot
