Tensions remain high on Turkey's border with Syria following Wednesday's mortar attack on a Turkish town which killed five civilians.
Areas just inside Syria are said to be calm following two days of retaliatory strikes by Turkish forces. Ankara has deployed additional troops to patrol the border.
