IN THE FIELD - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived in Paris to accept an invitation to join the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Netanyahu is also set to hold talks with French President Nicolas Sarkozy later Thursday.
